Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days.

Shipping Fees:

• Free: Delivery on all orders over AED 75
• AED 10 flat rate on orders below AED 75

We ship across all emirates, using leading courier partners.

Same-day or express delivery is not available at this time.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

We currently do not accept returns, but if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right. We offer a full refund on any order you’re not happy with — no questions asked.

This applies to both our Lavender and Original cat litter variants.

🚚 Delivery Issues

For any delivery delays or incorrect address issues, we recommend coordinating directly with the delivery provider.

In most cases, rerouting is possible with the courier if the package is already out for delivery.
